All of our designs are delivered in industry-standard formats, including DST, PES, JEF, EXP, and VP3. If you need a different format, just let us know and we’ll see if we can provide it.

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also log in to your account at varnidigitaldesigns.com and access your “Order History” to re-download files anytime.

Yes! Each purchase includes a personal-use license by default. For commercial-use (e.g. on products you sell), you’ll need to add our Commercial License at checkout. Details on terms and pricing are on the product page.

First, verify your embroidery software supports the format you downloaded. If it still won’t open or is corrupted, contact us at varnidigitaldesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll send a replacement or alternative format.

Because digital files can be copied instantly, all sales are final. However, if a file fails to download, arrives corrupted, or is missing, we will replace it or offer store credit—just reach out within one week of purchase.

You can download each design up to five times from your account. After that, if you need an additional link, contact support and we’ll gladly assist.

Yes—custom work is available! Email your concept sketches or inspiration to varnidigitaldesigns@gmail.com with “Custom Design Request” in the subject line, and we’ll send you a free quote.
