All digital design files sold at VARNI Digital Designs are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of downloadable content.

If your download:

• Fails
• Is corrupt
• Has a format issue

…please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase, and we will resolve the issue by sending a corrected file or offering store credit if appropriate.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Incompatibility with your embroidery machine/software
• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind
